Fabric & Technical Specifications
What are the different types of fabric you offer?
Our fabric range contains 3 unique stretch fabrics designed to suit your specific structural needs:
- ARMOURSTRETCH™ PVC: A rugged, industrial-strength fabric (450g/m²) featuring a high-tenacity 100% Polyester knit base. Perfectly suited for semi-permanent hospitality venues, festival main stages, and high-turnover rental companies.
- BEDOUINFLEX™ PU: Our premium event fabric (380g/m²) featuring a stretch polyamide knit with dual-sided PU coating. It offers perfect 4-way stretch and the chic "Bedouin" look.
- STRETCHFLEX™ PU: A versatile, lightweight solution (330g/m²) suited for the occasional entertainer or residential use.
Are your tents 100% waterproof?
Yes. All of our marquees are 100% waterproof. We utilize the strongest machine-stitched and welded edges and seams to ensure total weather protection.
How much wind can the tents withstand?
Our fabrics are engineered for safety in high-wind environments:
- ARMOURSTRETCH™ PVC: Wind proof up to force 11-12 (115 km/h).
- BEDOUINFLEX™: Wind proof up to force 10 (100 km/h).
- STRETCHFLEX™: Wind proof up to force 7 (60 km/h).
What is the breaking load on these fabrics?
Our fabrics are designed to withstand massive tension at any point:
- ARMOURSTRETCH™: Breaking load of 4.5 tons.
- BEDOUINFLEX™: Breaking load of 3 tons.
- STRETCHFLEX™: Breaking load of 1.8 tons.
Safety, Health & Maintenance
Are the fabrics fire rated?
Yes. All fabrics are 100% fire rated to the highest international safety standards. They are certified to Australia and New Zealand standards AS 1530.2 and AS 1530.3, as well as standards in the EU, USA, Germany, France, and Britain.
How do I clean and maintain my tent?
Our fabrics are dirt repellent and machine washable up to 75°C. They also feature a non-toxic anti-microbial application to prevent viral, bacterial, and fungal growth. The ARMOURSTRETCH™ PVC is additionally designed for easy on-site wipe-downs.
Will the color fade in the sun?
No. Our fabrics are UV stabilized by Fluorocarbon impregnation to ensure color protection and anti-fading.
Branding & Customization
Can I have my logo printed on the tent?
Absolutely. All fabrics are fully printable with dye-sublimation digital printing. You can work with our professional designers to create custom structures with your uniquely branded colors and logos.
Can you create custom shapes?
Yes. Because of the incredible stretch in our fabrics, we can create nearly any design or configuration you can imagine.
